Submission Guidelines

 Composition Requirements

1. Plagiarism is strongly prohibited and papers that have been published or submitted for publication elsewhere will not be considered;

2. Submitted papers should be written in the English language, with a minimum length of 4 printed pages, including all the figures, references, and appendices. One regular registration covers 6 Pages. Extra pages (Begin at Page 7) charge at 50 USD/ 300 RMB per page;
3, Full text (including pictures and tables) prohibit sensitive, vulgar words;

4. Please download the paper template and description: ProcSPIETemplate_A4.doc; Manuscript Specifications.doc;
5. The paper must print clearly and legibly, including all the figures, tables, equations in a standard way;

6. When your full paper get finished, please submit it via the paper submission system. Acceptance or rejection will be announced after the peer review process;

7. All accepted papers must designate at least an author to be present at the conference.

Submission Methods

Full papers are required to submitted via the Online submission system, or submit to the Email: oioeconf@163.com and title your submission email with "Paper Submission+TEL". 

Review Process

Step-1: Submit Manuscript via Online submission system
When you submit a manuscript for publication in Conference Proceedings, please an e-mail confirmation from the editor or editorial assistant will be sent to the corresponding author within 3 working days. If you fail to receive this confirmation, please contact the editorial assistant by oioeconf@163.com

Step-2: Preliminary Review 
The topic of manuscript must be included in the conference's aim and scope. Then, the similarity rate checking will be done. Manuscripts out of topic or plagiarism will be rejected.    

Step-3: Peer Review
OIOE uses double-blind system for Peer-Review; both reviewers' and authors' identities remain anonymous. Each manuscript will be reviewed by at least 2-3 experts in related field: one editorial staff member as well as one to three external reviewers. The review process takes about 1-2 weeks.    

Step-4: Result 
The review result is based on the suggestions of the reviewers. If reviewers have different opinion on manuscript, the editor will make a balanced decision based on all comments, or a second round of peer-review may be initiated.
