Prof. Zhaoyang Zhang, Xi’an Jiaotong University, China

Zhaoyang Zhang is a Professor in the School of Electronic Science and Engineering, Xi’an Jiaotong University, China. He has been engaged in the research of quantum optics, nonlinear optics, and optical properties of photonic lattices in multi-level atomic systems. Recently, he mainly works on the coherent control of dynamics of light in electromagnetically induced photonic lattices in atomic vapors. He got Excellent Young Scientists Fund.
Research interests: Reconfigurable photonic lattices based on atomic coherence

Published 6 conference papers in IGARSS and other international conferences, applied for 8 national invention patents as the first inventor, and has authorized 4. Served as the Branch Chair of IGARSS2020 and IGARSS2021, as a member of the Organizing Committee of IGARSS2023, organized the Community-Contributed Session "CCS.9: Recent Advances in Hyperspectral Image Processing: Methodology and Application ". As a guest editor, he organized 2 special issues in Remote Sensing, TOP journal of Chinese Academy of Sciences.

Prof. Vladimir G. Chigrinov, Foshan University, Foshan, China (SID Fellow)

Vladimir G. Chigrinov is a Professor of Hong Kong University of Science and Technology since 1999. He is an Expert in Flat Panel Technology in Russia, recognized by the World Technology Evaluation Centre, 1994, and SID Fellow since 2008. He is an author of 6 books, 31 reviews and book chapters, about 317 journal papers, more than 668 Conference presentations, and 121 patents and patent applications including 36 US patents in the field of liquid crystals since 1974. He got Excellent Research Award of HKUST School of Engineering in 2012. He obtained Gold Medal and The Best Award in the Invention & Innovation Awards 2014 held at the Malaysia Technology Expo (MTE) 2014, which was hosted in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on 20-22 Feb 2014. He is a Member of EU Academy of Sciences (EUAS) since July 2017. He got the Slottow Owaki Prize of SID in 2018. He is 2019 Distinguished Fellow of IETI (International Engineering and Technology Institute). Since 2018, he has been working as Professor in the School of Physics and Optoelectronics Engineering in Foshan University, Foshan, China, He is the Vice President of Fellow of Institute of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (IDSAI) of 2020-2024, and distinguished Fellow of Institute of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence since 2021.
Research interests: Computer modeling of various electrooptical effects in Liquid Crystals (LC), Photo-aligning technique for LCD applications, LC devices in fiber optics, Fast multistable ferroelectric liquid crystal devices.

Yang Yue, Professor, PhD supervisor, School of Information and Communication Engineering, Xi 'an Jiaotong University, SPIE Fellow, IEEE/Optica Senior member, National Young Talent Program candidate, founder of Intelligent Photon Application Technology Laboratory (iPatLab) and current PI. He is committed to the basic and applied research in the field of intelligent photonics such as optical communication, light perception, and optical chips. He received his bachelor's degree in Electronic Information Science and Technology and Master's degree in optics from Nankai University in 2004 and 2007, respectively, and his Doctor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Southern California in 2012. After graduation, he worked for Silicon Valley Semiconductor Company and network equipment company. In 2021, he was selected into Xi 'an Jiaotong University's "Young Top Talent Support Program". He has published more than 260 papers (including Science), including nearly 20 invited papers, applied for and authorized more than 60 patents (including 25 US patents, 9 European patents, and more than 30 authorized patents), edited 6 English books and 2 English book chapters, and cited more than 10,000 times by Google Academic. He was invited to give more than 200 lectures (including 1 Tutorial,30 Plenary sessions and 50 Keynote sessions). He has presided over nearly 10 national, provincial and ministerial level and enterprise horizontal scientific research projects, with a total fund of more than 10 million yuan. He is an Associate editor of IEEE Access, Frontiers in Physics, an editorial board member of four academic journals, including Sensors and J. Lightw. Technol. He has been guest editor of special issues for more than 10 times, chairman of international conferences and members of technical committees for more than 100 times, and reviewer of more than 70 academic journals.

Prof. Shiling Zhang, State Grid Chongqing Electric Power Company, China

Top 1% of Highly Cited Scholars in CNKI

Prof. Shiling Zhang is currently the editorial board member of the Chinese core journal Insulation Materials and Electrical Technology. He was awarded by IEEE Power & Energy Society China Technical Council as the “Power System Instrumentation & Measurement Satellite Committee- China” and “Innovative Sensing domestic and foreign and Monitoring Techniques Subcommittee” director. He also serves as the director of the IEEE New Sensing and Monitoring Technology Sub-Committee, and has won the Youth Medal of State Grid Chongqing Electric Power Company, the Outstanding Communist Party Member of State Grid Chongqing Electric Power Company, and the Youth Supporting Science and Technology of State Grid Company 2022 (a total of 50 people nationwide were selected as Chongqing Young Outstanding Talents in 2021).

Prof. Lu Leng, Nanchang Hangkong University, China (IEEE/ACM/CCF/CSIG/CAAI Member)

Prof.Leng Lu received his Ph.D degree from Southwest Jiaotong University, Chengdu, P. R. China, in 2012. He performed his postdoctoral research at Yonsei University, Seoul, South Korea, and Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Nanjing, P. R. China. He was a visiting scholar at West Virginia University, USA, and Yonsei University, South Korea. Currently, he is a full professor at Nanchang Hangkong University. Prof. Leng has published more than 100 international journal and conference papers, including about 60 SCI papers and three highly cited papers. He has been granted several scholarships and funding projects, including five projects supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC). He serves as a reviewer of more than 100 international journals and conferences. His research interests include computer vision, biometric template protection and biometric recognition. He is an outstanding representative of "Innovation Talent" of Jiangxi Enterprise in "Science and Technology China" in 2021, received "Jiangxi Youth May Fourth Medal" in 2019, "Jiangxi Hundred-Thousand-Ten-thousand Talent Project" in 2018, "Jiangxi Voyage Project" in 2014, etc.
Research interestsbiometric recognition and authentication, biometric template protection, computer vision, image processing and pattern recognition.
